Qi Gong (or Chi Kung), pronounced chee gong, is the name given to a variety of
exercises that derive their existence from millennia of human enquiry.
Claiming to benefit physical, mental and spiritual health, one may begin to
understand the essence of Qi Gong by considering the trinity of body, breath
and mind. However, Qi Gong is not intended as an intellectual exercise. It is
through direct experience that one attains knowledge of Qi Gong.
