More and more, I feel confronted with what I have come to identify as a severe social apathy, not only to that which is distant, but also to that which is often closest to us. In a world of infinite choices of capital, ephermeral encounters, growingly mediated through technology, we may not be advancing as we believe, not progressing or evolving, but rather, vibrating, buzzing, perhaps with hidden meditations that there is some real movement, and that perhaps, it is in an alright direction.
